Use of TaxShift
TaxShift is an informational public-data tool for exploring property tax snapshots and parcel-change notifications. You agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with the service or attempt to bypass abuse-prevention controls.
No official tax advice
TaxShift is not a government office, tax advisor, attorney, title company, or appraisal service. Reports and notifications are informational only. Confirm important details with Skagit County, the relevant public agency, or a qualified professional before making decisions.
Data limits
TaxShift uses public records and reconstructed calculations. Data may be delayed, incomplete, approximate, or changed by the source after we display it. Agency allocation and year-over-year explanations are estimates built from available public data.
Accounts and notifications
Verified accounts use passwordless email links. You are responsible for access to your email account. Notifications can be disabled from email links or from your account page.
Changes
We may update these terms as TaxShift changes. Continued use of the service means you accept the current terms.
